Baby Quilt - Fabric Freedom - Woodland Collection

After I was commissioned to make a baby quilt with the Foxy fabric I had some of the fabric left over and as it has proved to be extremely popular I decided to create another small baby quilt using the same fabric but using a different layout.

The Fabric Freedom foxy fabric from the Woodland Collection is gorgeous as is the fabric from their Spring Time collection which I've also used and I added  some solids in jade and cream.  There's a small sashing border and the binding is a mixture of the fabric, to add a little interest.  The fabric is 100% cotton.

The backing fabric is the same lovely foxy fabric used on the quilt top.

Straight line stitching has been used to quilt the patchwork and good quality wadding has been used.

A domestic sewing machine was used to make the quilt and the binding was completed by hand.
