Child's Quilt - Moda - Block Party (Cream Diagonal) Layer Cake

This quilt is in complete contrast to the darker quilt made using fabric from the same Party Block Layer Cake and is much brighter due to the cream diagonal blocks.  This was achieved by using half square triangles.  The fabric is 100% cotton.

To finish off the quilt there is an orange binding and a brightly coloured bird fabric for the backing that is an excellent match for the quilt top.  Good quality wadding has been used.

The quilt was made with a domestic sewing machine and finished by hand.
