A Bit of Everything Scrappy Quilt

I have called this modern baby quilt 'A Bit of Everything Scrappy Quilt' as I have used fabric from a variety of different designers.  All the fabric is 100% cotton.  In keeping with the quilt top the binding is also scrappy.  I  decided on a solid colour for the backing.

Good quality wadding is sandwiched between the layers and I have quilted the patchwork in a giant off-centre spiral design, which adds a different dimension to this contemporary quilt.

This patchwork could be used as a baby quilt or as a play mat.  It is both contemporary and practical making an ideal gift or for your own baby.

The quilt is machine washable on a gentle setting.

The approximate measurements of the quilt are:  L47" x W36" or L120 cms x W92 cms
