'Fresh' Baby Quilt - Robert Kaufman Blueberry Park

The word that came to mind when I first saw the Blueberry Park range by Karen Lewis for Robert Kaufman was 'fresh'.  There is something about the range that is beautifully clean and 'fresh' looking.  When thinking about how to construct this quilt, which I made using part of a bundle of pre-cut fabric from a pack of Ten Squares, I decided to use white for the sashing and borders.  I've also kept the quilting simple.  The backing fabric is some Studio E in a geometric design and I've used good quality wadding.

The approximate measurements of the this quilt are W41" x L54½" or W104 cms x L138 cms.

I made this quilt on a domestic sewing machine and finished the quilt by hand.  For this quilt the fabric has been pre-washed.
