Quilted Place Mat - Grey and White (1)

After making some oven gloves using this combination of fabrics I decided to make some quilted place mats.  The place mats are being sold individually.  As each mat has been made individually the repeat pattern may appear in a different part of the mat making each mat  slightly different so just decide which you prefer.  I've photographed each mat separately.

The approximate measurements of each mat is 14" x 11" or 35.5 cms x 28 cms.  There may be some small variation in size between the mats.

There is a layer of heat-resistant insulating wadding in the middle as well as two layers of 100% cotton wadding.  The place mat has been made on a domestic sewing machine and finished by hand. 

The place mat can be machine washed.  As the fabric and wadding has not been pre-washed there will be a minimal amount of shrinkage.
