Oven Mitts (Street Map)

There is no need for oven mitts to be in a dreary colour when they can come in a variety of attractive prints. 

These pretty oven mitts have a layer of heat-resistant insulating wadding on each side of each mitt plus a layer of 100% cotton wadding.  The mitts have red lining and loops in the same colour.

The mitts were made on a domestic sewing machine and I have quilted the mitts in random lines.

The fabric is 100% cotton and the mitts are machine washable on a gentle setting. 

Please note the oven gloves are heat-resistant not heat proof.

Care should always be taken when handling any hot items.
