Out Of This World Wall Hanging

On a whim I decided to make a quilted wall hanging.  I've called the wall hanging Out Of This World as to me it looks like distant planets. 

The circles have been appliquéd and I quilted the wall hanging in wavy lines, which adds an extra dimension.  To give the wall hanging some body there is a layer of 100% cotton wadding in the middle.  On the back of the wall hanging I've added four corner pieces for the batten (not included) so it can be hung vertically or horizontally and either way up.

The wall hanging measures approximately 34" x 18¼" or 86 cms by 46 cms.
