Panache Baby Kisses Quilt

For this sweet little square patchwork baby quilt I used a fabric line called Panache (the fabric is also available as charm packs if you are interested).  The design for the quilt is called Baby Kisses.  The white background colour is a soft white and I used a brighter white for the sashing.  The binding (the fabric at the very edges of the quilt) is the same colour as the backing fabric and I've added the odd piece of Panache fabric in the binding to add a bit of interest.  On the reverse side you will see that I've incorporated some of the Panache prints as well.

The approximate size of the quilt is 42" x 42" or 107 cms x 107 cms.  There is a layer of 100% cotton wadding between the layers and I quilted the patchwork in narrow vertical lines.  I made the quilt on a domestic sewing machine and finished it off by hand.

The quilt is machine washable on a gentle setting.
