Coral and Purple Quilted Patchwork Cushion

A while ago I received a commission to make some double oven gloves and the combination of fabrics I used work really well together, so here is a quilted envelope cushion in the same prints.

On the quilted side there is also a layer of 100% cotton wadding between the layers. I machine quilted the top side of the cushion and on the reverse side I added a 'scrappy' binding using the same prints as on the front.

The cushion itself has duck feather filling with 100% cotton cover.  The finished size of the handmade cushion cover is approximately 20" x 20" or 51 cms x 51 cms.

The cushion cover is machine washable on a gentle setting.
