Set of Two Quilted Place Mats (MicroLife Textures - Khaki)(1)

For these quilted place mats I used a fabric line called MicroLife Textures.  Within that collection there are some prints with brown earthy hues and some in a range of blues, so I decided to match the brown prints with a solid khaki and the blues I matched with a solid grey.

I made a total of 10 place mats in the khaki.  This listing is for a pair so if you would like more than one pair just choose your preferred pattern.  Each mat is different.  The reverse side is backed with solid grey fabric.  The fabric is 100% cotton.

Between the layers is some  heat resistant insulating fabric as well as 100% cotton wadding.  This will help to protect surfaces.  I quilted the mats in narrow vertical lines.

The place mats measure approximately 15½" x 10" or 39.5 cms x 25.5 cms.

I have included a photograph of all 10 place mats for illustration purposes.

These place mats have been individually made and I made them using a domestic sewing machine as well as a small amount of hand stitching.

The place mats can be machine washed on a gentle setting.  As the fabric hasn't been pre-washed there may be a small amount of shrinkage when the place mats are first washed.
