String Star Scrappy Quilt(2)

This brightly coloured square String Star Scrappy Quilt was made using a wide variety of solid colours and bordered with some soft cream calico.  The back of the quilt is also pieced using scraps in strips matched with a glorious deep pink fabric called Sangria.

There is a layer of 100% cotton wadding and the patchwork.  There is a calico border with a narrow scrappy strip border.  The quilt has been bound in calico.  The piece has been quilted on a domestic sewing machine.

The quilt would well as a baby quilt or as a wall hanging.  At the moment there is no hanging sleeve but if you would like one please send me a message and I will add one at no extra charge.

The quilt measures approximately 49" x 49" or 124.5 cms x 124.5 cms.  The quilt is machine washable on a cool setting.
