Set of Two Square Mid Mod Circles Red Quilted Place Mats

Some time  ago I created a range of quilted place mats from the fabulous Penny Rose Fabrics' retro Mid Mod collection and due to popular demand I decided to make some more.  This listing is for a set of two square quilted place mats.

Each mat has a layer of heat-resistant insulating material and a layer of 100% cotton wadding.  The back of the place mats and the binding are black. The approximate measurement of the place mat is 12" x 12" or 30.5 cms x 30.5 cms.  The place mats have been quilted in narrow lines.  Reversible coasters are also available which are listed separately.

I used a domestic sewing machine to make the mats and finished them off by hand.

The place mats are machine washable on a gentle setting.  As the fabric hasn't been pre-washed there may be a small amount of shrinkage when the place mats are first washed.
