Jewels Patchwork Envelope Cushion

I made this patchwork envelope cushion using 100% cotton fabric from a range called Grunge.  The fabric has a mottled look which gives the fabric a distressed appearance.  You can see this best in the photographs showing the back of the cushion.

The finished size of the squares is a mere 1" or 2.5 cms, so teeny, tiny.  There is a button fastening on the back. 

The cushion is fully lined and measures approximately 17½" x 17½" or 44.5 cms x 44.5 cms.   There is a duck feather cushion pad.

The cushion cover is machine washable on a gentle setting.  Care should be taken to protect the button.
