Stripes Tote Bag

For this small quilted tote bag I used mainly Kona Cotton in solid colours.   Each side of the bag is different.  The bag is fully lined with black fabric and there is a zippered pocket on the inside of the bag.  The lining of the pocket is multi-coloured in a modern design.  The zipper is bright blue. 

The bag has been quilted using the 'quilt as you go' method.

The approximate measurements of the bag are:  W10" x  H8¼" or W25.5 cms x H21 cms.  The straps add an additional 15½" or 39.5 cms.  The inner pocket measurements are W6" x H4¾" or W15 cms x H12 cms.

I've used In R Form foam and this gives the bag extra body so that when you place the bag on a surface in doesn't collapse in a heap.  The strap also has a layer of In R Form foam.  In addition the bag is machine washable on a gentle setting.
