Abstract In Pink Baby Quilt

For this modern improvised baby quilt I've used a selection of warm colours.

This patchwork would work well as a baby quilt or as a play mat.  The backing fabric is a multicoloured modern design and I added a scrappy binding.

The patchwork has been quilted in narrow vertical lines which is in keeping with the modern design of the quilt. 

I made the quilt on a domestic machine and finished it by hand.

Between the layers is good quality Warm and Natural wadding.  The quilt is machine washable on a gentle setting.

The approximate measurements of this square quilt are W42" x L46" or W107 cms x L117 cms.
