Mellow Vibes I Quilted Wall Hanging

I have acquired a taste for hand stitching which comes in the form of Boro inspired stitching or hand appliqué.  Hand stitching is both a slow process as well as being therapeutic.

All the shapes on this small wall hanging are hand stitched (appliqué) and I then quilted it by machine with narrow lines.   The plain black binding, which frames the wall hanging, was machine sewn.  

On the back of the wall hanging are four corners to enable a hanging rod or a piece of batten wood to be placed (not supplied).  The wall hanging may be hung in one of four ways.

The approximate size of the wall hanging is 23¾" x 21" or 60 cms x 53.5 cms.
