Hand Quilted Patchwork in Pear

This patchwork would well as a single bed quilt topper or as a lap quilt. The quilt was made using Robert Kaufman Brussels Washer Blend in Pear, Quilter's Linen in Straw as well as some Essex Linen in Iron. There's a rogue grey square in the body of the quilt as well as a border in the Iron and Straw fabric.  The scrappy binding is in Quilter's Linen in Straw and Essex Linen in Iron.  The backing fabric is a modern print from Art Gallery Fabrics.  

Between the layers is some good quality wadding.  The patchwork was hand quilted on the diagonal in each direction.

The quilt is machine washable on a gentle setting.

The quilt measures approximately W52 x L57 3/4" or W132 cms x L146.5 cms.
