 For this quilted patchwork handbag I used Auutumn colours.   I added a slip pocket on the inside.  In addition, there is a magnetic fastener and red leather straps attached with gun metal rivets.
 
The bag is lined in a modern fabric and the pocket lining is in rust.  I quilted the bag in narrow vertical lines in cream thread.   I used some nterfacing so the bag has a padded feel to it.  
 
The bag measures approximately H8 x W12 1/2"  or  H20 cms x W32 cms.   The pocket measures approximately H4 1/2"  x W5" or H11.5 cms x W12.5 cms.
